Clinically grounded support for the woman you are in the middle of — not the one you're meant to return to.
You are not falling apart.
You are at a threshold — and there is a difference.
She looks fine from the outside. She might even believe it herself — until she doesn't.
You've succeeded at every hard thing. This one won't cooperate — and the not-knowing is unbearable.
You love your baby and you are also not okay. Both are true, and both belong here.
Matrescence has asked you to let go of the woman who arrived here — and no one warned you it would feel like grief.
What happened in that room still lives in your body. You need somewhere to bring it that isn't an explanation.
You've been managing, analyzing, performing. Your body has been waiting for you to come home to it.
You don't need to earn your way into this space. You are already enough.

I built Lunaire because I kept meeting women who were excellent at appearing fine. Women who had read the books, done the work, and still felt untethered in a way no planner or protocol could touch.
My background spans clinical mental health counseling and sport and exercise science — disciplines that taught me, from opposite directions, that the body is not separate from the mind. I work at that intersection. Perinatal mood and anxiety, birth trauma, identity disruption, grief — these are not problems to be solved. They are passages to be accompanied.
What I offer is not a program. It is presence, clinical rigor, and a room where you are allowed to be exactly where you are.
Three movements. One return to yourself.
The work begins in the body — not the narrative about it. We slow down enough to notice what has been held, braced, or numbed. This is not an exercise in vulnerability for its own sake. It is the necessary first movement: presence, before anything else.
A dysregulated system cannot heal — it can only manage. We work with the nervous system directly: breath, movement, sound, and evidence-based modalities that create real windows of rest. Not calm for calm's sake. Regulation as homecoming.
From a regulated body and an honest self-understanding, something coherent becomes possible — not the person you were, but someone truer. Rise is not an ascent. It is the quiet, steady inhabiting of a life that finally fits.
You are not behind.
You are not broken.
You are in the middle of something that deserves more than coping.
Held via secure telehealth, anywhere in Florida.
One-to-one sessions tailored to where you are: perinatal mood and anxiety, postpartum depression and rage, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, identity shifts through matrescence. Sessions weave evidence-based clinical work with somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and integrative support — meeting you in the body as much as in the mind. This is not a template. It is a relationship.
Anxiety, depression, OCD, and rage in the perinatal window are common, treatable, and not your fault. We work clinically and somatically to give your nervous system a way through — not over.
Traumatic birth experiences, loss, and the grief of expectations unmet deserve a space that does not rush toward resolution. We hold what happened with care, at whatever pace your body asks.
You are not the woman you were. You are not yet sure who you are now. Matrescence is a profound identity rupture that deserves to be named, witnessed, and integrated — not pushed through.
Breathwork, movement, sound healing, meditation, and nutritional and herbal support woven into clinical work where appropriate — not as supplements, but as part of the work itself. Healing is not only cognitive.
"I came in presenting fine. I left knowing what fine had cost me. That distinction changed everything."
— First-time mother, postpartum anxiety"She didn't try to fix what wasn't broken. She helped me understand what was actually happening — in my body, not just in my head."
— Postpartum depression, 8 months"For the first time, I didn't have to explain why I was grieving something I also chose. She already understood."
